Please what can i do?

Im 34 weeks and 2 days ive been feeling so sick very painful Ive been having a problem for 4 years now cant use the restroom they always clean me out wit a tube so now that im pregnant its worsen i need this baby out my dr i hate him wanna change him cause i told him he said try stool softners i did nothin works thast y they tube me he said when i start having contractions he wont stop them thats y im trying using castor oil to c if it would it help. i used it last nite wit juice today round 1 wit juice n rite now its 7 o'clock just took a table spoon wit out nothing would it help plz what do you think or is there anythin else ? i tried walkin n well got a divorce 2 weeks ago so cant . what can i use ? Plz let me know what i can do cause really cant take the pain anymore
