What permits and/or licenses are needed for a concert venue?

I am starting a concert venue. I have the LLC established, building, financing and, partners who know the business. The venue is located Kansas City, MO. There will be no alcohol served on the premises. Although, there is a bar right next door to serve our customers. So, I believe I only need permits or licenses to run a concert/live music venue. Anyone know for sure?
