Have you ever made a promise to your Husband but couldn't keep it?

Yesterday i promised him we would make love last night but things didn't work out, i was totally busy and didn't get to bed until after midnight.. Well this mourning he went to work all pee'd off no goodbye, no kiss he just stormed out the door tires squealing when he left.. I think he needs a attitude adjustment lol, it's not like we never make love we been married years and still average 4 to 6 times per week when possible. Do you think i have a right to be mad? Do you think he owe's me an apologie? Should i just blow it off and be waiting on him in a y outfit tonight and have makeup ? Or should i give him the cold shoulder like he gave me this mourning? I might add we very seldom argue and he is a great husband who works hard (i work hard to) and respects me.
