Help, im infatuated with this woman, and i dont even kno that she even likes me?

its horrible i think of her day and night. i was in one of her cles at the college. at first she seemed into me back, but now shes blowing me off. i cant stop thinking about her. ive never told her how i feel. I get too scared. should i just come out with it and take the leap and let her know that ive got it bad for her? fi not how the heck do i forgot about her?
