Am 18 weeks pregnant...no weight gained..no morning sickness...eating fine...over weight by 15 kgs..?

it makes me worry sometimes if am eatign rite....heard the baby's heart beat at 12th week..doc says its ok .....am kind of worried....sometimes i feel weierd in my abdomen...hear growling sounds.........can some one please tell me...whts going on?
