Can someone please advise, guide and offer a helping hand in getting my business off the ground?

I have a children's clothing business in which I design, pattern cut and make fleece and beach garments. On a limited budget, how can I maximise awareness and more importantly, increase sales? i have success in selling from websites,(and some high end shops on south coast)other than my mine, can someone who has 'dragon - credentials explain what i need to do to start. I have the pion and strength to continue, but now feel a bit glum as sales are only dribbling in- so need some one to take me under their wing.......
