Question on APA style formatting and it's sections?

So I have to write a paper for Psychology in APA format. I see all these sections such as Methods, Discussion, etc. However, our paper is a compare + contrast paper about growing up in two different countries (El Salvador and Syria, in my case.) Methods? Discussion? Participants? What do I do here?
