I like to work and live in USA.?

i had got a green card in year 2002.i am a Sri lankan.Iwas in USA YEAR 2002-2004. some people gave lot of problems in USA.DUE TO THAT I become sick.SO I came back to sri lanka.i handed over my green card to US empy in Srilanka year2005october. I like to work and live inUSA.Due to the problem I was inuniversity hospital NY {2004-january 20 to 2004-march 30}.Can you help me/guide me.
