GOOD IDEA FOR A BOOK (FOR US PEOPLE)?

this is a question to us going away to college: would u be interested in a book in which it's detailed all the insights on fraternities, the good, the bad, and the ugly part?? exposing what frat boys and sorority girls do based on the experience of a frat guy? it's not like tv show greek, it has similarities but with exposure of really bad hazing that goes on, things you'd never know unless you join one...honest responses please...
